Housing Rates Overview

Rates are subject to change by approval of the Oklahoma State University Board of Regents. 

 

VIEW RATES FOR 2024-2025 ACADEMIC YEAR

Undergraduate Housing

» Rates are also listed for each individual residential hall in the Hall Finder.

 

Housing rates are per person. Rates include utilities (electric, water, sewer, trash/recycling, cable television, internet, and Wi-Fi) and free use of laundry facilities. All undergraduate units are furnished.

 

Undergraduate housing leases are available for the academic year or by semester only.

  • Academic Year. Beginning the Wednesday before classes start in August through the end of the spring semester in May 
  • Fall Semester.  Beginning the Wednesday of classes in August through the end of December
  • Spring Semester. End of December through the end of the spring semester in May
  • Summer Semester. Middle of May through the beginning of August

Family and Graduate Student Housing

» Rates are also listed for each neighborhood at FGSH Neighborhoods.

 

Family and Graduate Student Housing's (FGSH) consists of six on-campus neighborhoods, which are ideal for married students, students with children, graduate students and open to all students. 


Housing rates include utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, trash/recycling, cable television, internet, and Wi-Fi) and free use of laundry facilities.

Summer Conference Rates

Summer conference housing rates along with essential conference information is available at Conference Services. 

Dining/Meal Plans

You may select a mean plan while you are registering for housing. For additional information concerning meal plans and pricing information, visit OSU Dining Services.
