Rates are subject to change by approval of the Oklahoma State University Board of Regents.
Undergraduate Housing

Housing rates are per person. Rates include utilities (electric, water, sewer, trash/recycling, cable television, internet, and Wi-Fi) and free use of laundry facilities. All undergraduate units are furnished.
Undergraduate housing leases are available for the academic year or by semester only.
- Academic Year. Beginning the Wednesday before classes start in August through the end of the spring semester in May
- Fall Semester. Beginning the Wednesday of classes in August through the end of December
- Spring Semester. End of December through the end of the spring semester in May
- Summer Semester. Middle of May through the beginning of August
Family and Graduate Student Housing

Family and Graduate Student Housing's (FGSH) six neighborhoods provide on-campus apartments for married students, students with children, graduate students and qualifying undergraduates.
Housing rates include utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, trash/recycling, cable
television, internet, and Wi-Fi) and free use of laundry facilities.
