Volunteer Opportunity: Cowboy Carriers for Fall Move-In

Posted July 2, 2025

OSU Housing and Residential Life is seeking volunteers for Cowboy Carriers, a program that helps welcome new students and their families during Fall Move-In, set for Aug. 12–14.

Cowboy Carriers is more than just carrying boxes. It’s one of the first opportunities for OSU and the Stillwater community to demonstrate the Cowboy spirit by showing up early, ready to help and committing to creating a welcoming, supportive environment.

Students, faculty, staff and the Stillwater community are encouraged to volunteer their time and energy to help new Cowboys feel at home. Volunteers play a key role in ensuring every student feels seen, valued and supported from day one.

To sign up as a Cowboy Carrier, visit the OSU ResLife website. For questions, contact brumleyrl@okstate.edu.
