Apartment Living
Deluxe Apartments. These apartment neighborhoods provide housing for two to four undergraduate roommates.
Each furnished unit includes private bedrooms (some shared), a living room, and a
kitchen with a washer and dryer, offering both comfort and convenience.
Apartments. Apartment neighborhoods are designed for students who qualify for year-round housing, such as graduate students, single students with dependents, and married students
with or without dependents. Undergraduate students may also be assigned to these spaces
on a nine-month lease. Units include unfurnished two-bedroom apartments with one bathroom,
a living room, and a kitchen equipped with full-size appliances. (Note: these units
do not include an in-unit washer or dryer.)
