Apartment Living
Deluxe Apartments (with washer/dryer). Apartments in these undergraduate neighborhoods house 2 to 4 roommates. Each unit features private bedrooms (some shared
rooms), a living room, and a kitchen with a washer/dryer. Share a unit with someone
you know or meet someone new.
Apartments. These nonfurnished units have two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen
with full-size appliances (no in-unit washer and dryer). Ideal for students who qualify
for year-round housing, but are open to all students. These apartment neighborhoods were formerly known
as Family and Graduate Student Housing.
Apartment Complexes. These complexes offer university-housing leases for undergraduate students.
