Apartments: 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom

» A pet-friendly neighborhood
The Prosser Neighborhood offers unfurnished, two-bedroom/one-bathroom apartments for students who qualify for year-round housing registration. Undergraduates with nine-month academic leases may also be assigned here. While the neighborhood is coed, each unit is same gender.
Built in 1957, Prosser’s two-story buildings feature ample parking areas and open green spaces nearby for outdoor enjoyment.
Housing rates include all utilities—electric, gas, water, sewer, trash/recycling, internet and Wi-Fi—as well as free use of laundry facilities.
To help plan your move, room dimensions are provided below to guide you on what furniture to bring.
Prosser is a  pet-friendly neighborhood, allowing one pre-approved pet per apartment.
