Home to about 110 students, Payne Ellis Hall offers apartment-style living for undergraduates of all classifications and majors. Located next to an open green space, this three-story building provides a comfortable and community-focused environment.

Units feature private or shared bedrooms and bathrooms, a living room, a full-size kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. ADA-accessible rooms are also available.

While the building is coed, each apartment is same-gender. All units are fully furnished and leased on a nine-month, academic-year basis.

Payne Ellis Hall is named in honor of Nancy Payne Ellis, a distinguished community leader and OSU alumna from the Human Environmental Sciences program.
