Step 2: Check-In Process

Check-In Locations, Maps and Loading Zones

Overview:

• To check in, go your Desk Service location to pick up your keys. The location was included in your assignment email from reslife@okstate.edu.
• Cowboy Carriers will be available to assist with different move-in tasks, look for the volunteers in the orange vests.
• Start your Room Occupancy Checklist (ROC) before moving personal items into the room. For instructions and information about how the ROC can affect your bursar bill, go to the Room Occupancy Checklist webpage.
• You may move your items into your room anytime after your check-in has been completed.

 

Step 3: After Move-In Day

• Meet your resident assistant (RA) and roommate(s) before attending your first floor meeting and have a successful and productive academic year. Go Pokes!
