Patchin-Jones Halls are open to all classifications of students with each hall home to approximately 160
residents. The units feature deluxe-suite style living with two different floor plans.
While the four-story buildings are coed, the individual units are same gender. The
halls offer free laundry facilities, community kitchens, study and recreational spaces.
All units are furnished and offer nine-month, academic-year leases,
The halls are named for OSU Dean of Women Zelma F. Patchin and OSU alum Jay C. Jones, a student leader in Residential Hall Association while
at OSU.
Location
Patchin-Jones Halls are connected buildings located west of Wentz Hall and south of
The Villages. The buildings are near the University Testing and Assessment Center.
