Home to approximately 150 students per building (A–F), The Villages have offered suite-style living since 2006 for undergraduates of all classifications.
Units accommodate 1 or 2 residents and feature 1 or 2 private bedrooms with 1 private bathroom. Suites also include common areas—living rooms, kitchens and laundry facilities—along with gathering spaces for study and recreation, fostering a close-knit community.
While The Villages are coed, each unit is same-gender. All units are furnished and leased on a nine-month, academic-year basis.

Location

Part of The Villages Neighborhood, Village B at the corner of Cleveland St. and Oliver Lane near Patchin-Jones and University Assessment and Testing. The Colvin Recreation Center and University Health Care are nearby.
