Free Classes Designed for You

As a resident, you are welcome to attend the Adult Programs. You must complete registration before you attend classes. Afterward, attend as many classes as you want. 

 

Learn from current and retired faculty, graduate students and students training to teach English as a second language. Earn certificates for attendance and participation at the end of each semester.

  • Mondays from 1 to 2 p.m. and Thursdays from 10 to 11 a.m.

  • Enhance your reading, writing, listening and speaking skills through project based lessons.
• Stillwater and OSU Current Events with Dr. Ramsey
  • Tuesdays from 10 to 11 a.m.
  • English proficiency: Intermediate
  • Expand your conversational fluency by understanding real world situations through news articles, podcasts and videos.
• Grammar Class with Jack
  • Wednesdays from 10 to 11 a.m.
  • English proficiency: Basic
  • Study and enhance your English grammar through writing and speaking.
• Discover Stillwater with Dr. Cyr
  • Wednesdays from 1 to 3:30 p.m.
  • English proficiency: Basic
  • Discover Stillwater through field trips, fun activities and adventures around Stillwater.
