"I love Iba Hall. The location was perfect, being so close to not only classes, but also the dining halls, campus doctor, gym, and other helpful places campus has to offer. For the prices compared to other dorms, it was really nice. There were never any issues with the cleanliness of anything, the bathrooms were always well-maintained. There were lots of community events offered which was a nice way to attempt to get to know neighbors. And the amenities offered were really helpful, such as the free laundry and the large kitchen."
